Share your screen without sharing Cuewell
Turn on Stealth and Windows leaves the Cuewell window out of anything that captures the screen: screen sharing, recordings and screenshots. You still see it. It has no taskbar button either, and a hotkey you pick hides it completely.
Stealth comes with the Pro and Complete plans. Do one test share with a friend before your first real interview, so you know exactly what they'll see.

Can the interviewer see Cuewell?
Not on a screen share or recording when Stealth is on: Windows leaves the window out of the captured image. It also has no taskbar button. It can't hide from someone standing behind you, so set up somewhere private.
Do I need to be technical?
No. Install it, paste the two lines from your email, add your CV. There are no accounts to connect and nothing to tune.
Which call apps does it work with?
Anything that plays through your PC's speakers or headset: Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Webex, Slack, or a call in the browser. Cuewell listens to the call audio, so it doesn't plug into the meeting app at all.
How do credits work?
One credit is one interview session, however long it lasts. The first three answers in a session are free and the fourth uses the credit. Short test sessions cost nothing while you have at least one credit.
Which plan do I need?
Essential covers the core: the transcript and answers built from your CV. Take Pro if you'll share your screen or have a coding round, since it adds Stealth, Code review and Practice. Complete adds humanized answers and cloud transcription, for interviews where you want everything working for you.
Is there a Mac or Linux version?
Not yet. Both are coming soon. Cuewell runs on Windows 10 (version 2004 or later) and Windows 11 today.
Can I get answers on WhatsApp or Discord?
Telegram works now. WhatsApp, Discord and others are coming soon.
What happens to my CV and my interviews?
Your CV, notes and saved sessions stay on your PC. When you ask for an answer, the recent part of the conversation and your notes go over an encrypted connection to write it. Our server doesn't keep them; it only counts answers so credits work. See the privacy policy.
Windows says “Windows protected your PC”. Is that normal?
Yes. Windows shows that for newer apps it hasn't seen on many PCs yet. Click More info, then Run anyway. You only see it once, when you install.
Am I allowed to use it?
It depends on the interview. Some employers and exams have rules about outside help, and following them is up to you. A lot of people use Cuewell to practise and to keep a record of what was asked.
